Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds and exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. For any defective products, you can send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for better advice. If the item you received has the below cases, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order without going through returns:
What should you do? Contact us within 20 days since you get your items by sending an email to email@example.com and include the following information (this is required):
We will issue a refund if you do not want a new item for the above cases only. In the case of returns, shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not process a refund/reprint in the following cases:
We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items.
